Body and Soul Fitness and Injury Clinic was set up to treat and help a wide variety of clients looking for massage therapy, sports injury treatment and health and fitness advice.


With the opening of our new clinic in Sidcup/Bexley, we are now able to provide the following treatments: remedial massage, sports massage, clinical remedial therapy, weight loss and cellulite treatment, rehab pilates, personal training, fitness testing, swedish massage and now also cosmetic teeth whitening.


Body and Soul Fitness has been established for over twenty years and provides muscular-skeletal injury diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation using the latest modern Therapeutic Modalities based in Bexley, close to Orpington, Bromley, Sidcup and Chislehurst.
